Age Requirement

The Beach Club on Madison Avenue is an exclusive adults only hotel. All guests must be at least 21 years of age or older to reserve a room, check-in, and stay at the hotel. Any guest under the age of 21 years will be asked to leave without a refund. This policy is strictly enforced, no exceptions. Guests traveling with people under 21 years of age can book our sister property, La Mer Beachfront Resort.

Cancellation Policy

We require a one-night deposit to confirm reservation. Guest is responsible for full payment of entire stay upon check-in. Deposits are non-transferrable. Deposits are refunded less a 25% cancellation fee if cancelled 14 days or more prior to arrival. Cancellations within 14 days of arrival shall result in forfeiture of your full deposit. There are no exceptions to this cancellation policy.

Modification Policy

One Time modifications requested 14 days or more prior to arrival will result in a 25% penalty of deposit. Further changes will result in 100% loss of deposit. Modifications made within 14 days of arrival will result in forfeiture of full deposit.

Pet Free and Non-Smoking Hotel

We are both a pet-free and non-smoking hotel. Any guest with a pet will be asked to remove the pet from the premises or we will cancel the reservation and guest will be vacated from the property with no refund. Evidence of smoking in guestrooms and outdoor seating areas will result in a fee. There are no exceptions to these policies.

Arrival and Departure Policy

Check-in time begins at 4:00 p.m. Check-out is offered until 11:00 a.m. Late departures may result in a late check-out charge. The Beach Club on Madison Avenue is adults-only. Guests must be 21 years of age and older to reserve hotel reservations and check-in to The Beach Club on Madison Avenue; there are no exceptions to this policy.
